🍓 Whey Protein Cold Cheesecake (Non-Bake)

📋 Ingredients:
🌾 6 tablespoons of oatmeal ,
🥥 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted),
🍯 1 tablespoon of honey ,
🧀 200g labneh cheese ,
🍓 2 tablespoons of yogurt (preferably strained),
🍫 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry whey protein ,
🍓 Strawberry slices for the top.
🛠️ How to make:
1️⃣ For the base, mix oats, coconut oil and honey, press into a small bowl and freeze (10 min).
2️⃣ For the cream, mix the cream cheese, yogurt and protein powder.
3️⃣ Pour and spread over the base. Garnish with strawberry slices.
4️⃣ Let it rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours, then slice and enjoy!
