🍌 1 reife Banane (in Scheiben geschnitten und gefroren)
🥥 2 Esslöffel laktosefreier Joghurt
🍫 1 Messlöffel Multipower Whey Protein Shake – Reichhaltige Schokolade
🥛 2 Esslöffel Milch
🍯 1 Teelöffel Honig
🍦 1 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt (optional)
🍳 Vorbereitung
1️⃣ Die gefrorenen Bananen in den Mixer geben.
2️⃣ Proteinpulver, Joghurt, Milch und Süßungsmittel hinzufügen.
3️⃣ Alle Zutaten so lange verrühren, bis eine glatte, cremige Konsistenz entsteht.
4️⃣ Wenn Sie es sofort genießen möchten, servieren Sie es als Softeis. Für eine festere Konsistenz frieren Sie die Mischung 1–2 Stunden lang ein.
5️⃣ Man kann es mit Kakaonibs, gehackten Haselnüssen oder Granola bestreuen!
